Submit Feedback From Inside the App

Every CommuniDev app has a built-in Feedback option (usually found in Settings or the About screen). This is the fastest way to report a bug or request a feature:

  • Open the app
  • Go to Settings → Send Feedback (wording varies slightly between apps)
  • Choose a category (Bug, Feature Request, Question, or Other)
  • Describe the issue — device info is attached automatically to help us reproduce it
  • Submit

For support questions, billing or subscription issues, or anything that can’t be reported from inside an app, email info@communidev.com. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can.

Common Questions

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by CommuniDev. To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select the app, and tap Cancel Subscription. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but can’t access Premium features

Inside the app, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us with the Apple transaction ID from your email receipt and we’ll investigate.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you would like refunded.

Does CommuniDev collect my data?

Can I use the app without ads?

Yes. Every CommuniDev app offers a Premium subscription ($0.99/month or $9.99/year) that removes ads and unlocks any premium-only features.

Response Time

We aim to respond within a few business days. In-app feedback reaches us fastest because it includes the device information we need to reproduce issues.
